Executive AXIS Net Channel Support
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing AXIS net features and function due to fulfil target requirement
Maintain and update online information on AXIS net based on method and procedure
Responsible for all inventory items in AXIS net.
Maintain available stock and propose request product for AXIS net
Responsible for reconciliation process for AXIS net transaction with other department (Card Management, Finance and Treasury)
Making sure all validated transaction will be proceed on schedule to avoid shipping delay (SLA H+1) and prepare order delivery request based on online customer transaction
Supporting Administration for Finance and Card Management required for AXIS net Report
Coordinate with partner (payment gateway, vendors and Bank partner)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, technology or a related field is required.
Minimum 3 years years experience on related field, in telecommunication industry is preferred.
Good computer skills
Service oriented
Good analytical skill
Good in report managements
Positive attitude, learning and discipline person
